DIGITAL BANKING SPECIALIST (Full-Time) - Morgantown, KY

 

SUMMARY:        

Performs a wide variety of duties including assisting customers with Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Mobile Banking functions and/or transactions. Exhibits a full understanding of Electronic Banking products and provides superior customer service to Bank customers. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Provides advanced support to all online channels, responding professionally and efficiently
  • Fields customer queries via Online Banking
  • Maintains Mobile Deposit System
  • Monitors and maintains Remote Deposit Capture accounts
  • Provides BillPay support
  • Produces debit cards in-house and verifies for accuracy
  • Files and monitors debit card disputes
  • Monitors and maintains Regulation-E logs
  • Responsible for all functions of online account opening
  • Provides exceptional customer care through all incoming customer requests
  • Promotes Growth in Merchant Services and other account offerings
  • Exhibits advanced knowledge of all bank products in order to properly assist customers
  • Ensures confidential treatment of Bank and customer data
  • Performs other such duties as requested 

 

SKILLS/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months to one year of experience in an office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations, ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy
  • Must be able to report to work early or stay late if needed
  • Ability to operate company car
  • Successful completion of in-house training program or other approved training programs job related at any time
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain constructive relationships with customers and employees
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE (FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME) - Morgantown, KY

 

SUMMARY:        

Performs a wide variety of customer care duties including responding to in-person, phone, digital, and mail requests by customers. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: 

  • Provides exceptional customer care through all incoming bank telephone calls
  • Responds professionally and efficiently to incoming customer requests from all online channels
  • Processes call-in loan payments by ACH
  • Responsible for distribution of external faxes
  • Prints, reviews, and mails daily customer notices
  • Verifies customer mobile deposits ensuring authenticity and accuracy
  • Provides Elan credit card support by reviewing requests and responding in a timely manner
  • Sorts and applies postage to company mail and delivers to Post Office
  • Completes work routes to each branch (courier)
  • Promotes Growth in Merchant Services and other account offerings
  • Exhibits adequate knowledge of all bank products in order to properly assist customers
  • Ensures confidential treatment of Bank and customer data
  • Performs other such duties as requested
