Morgantown Bank & Trust, an independent, community-based financial institution, is seeking applicants for a full-time Customer Experience Representative for our Morgantown Data Center location. 

 

Job Summary

  • Provides exceptional customer care through all incoming bank telephone calls
  • Responds professionally and efficiently to incoming customer requests from all online channels
  • Processes call-in loan payments by ACH
  • Responsible for distribution of external faxes
  • Prints, reviews, and mails daily customer notices
  • Verifies customer mobile deposits ensuring authenticity and accuracy
  • Sorts and applies postage to company mail and delivers to Post Office
  • Completes work routes to each branch (courier)
  • Promotes growth in merchant services and other account offerings
  • Exhibits adequate knowledge of all bank products in order to properly assist customers
  • Ensures confidential treatment of Bank and customer data
  • Performs other such duties as requested

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months to one year of experience in an office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations, ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy
  • Must be able to report to work early or stay late if needed
  • Ability to operate company car for courier purposes
  • Successful completion of in-house training program or other approved training programs job related at any time
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain constructive relationships with customers and employees
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
